Bakes N Bites is run by Christopher, a former engineer, and his wife Christina. In 2010 they swapped spec sheets for baking trays and opened a little bakery stall inside one of Singapore's best-loved hawker centres.
Fifteen years later it's still the two of them, still baking with love and passion, still selling muffins chilled. It's halal-certified, so everyone at the food centre can have one with their kopi.
